The worst experience and customer service ever! I called to have our 4 year old water softener looked at because it had standing water in it. Dan came out and spent 7 minutes to disconnect a valve and said that should increase the water pressure. It didn't work. I was charged a flat fee of $79.00 for 30 minutes and he should have stayed the 30 minutes and looked everything over. Instead he said since this did not work I needed a new water softener $1300.00. When I called to address my concerns with him and explain that I felt taken advantage of that I paid $79.00 for him to do nothing he simply replied "Have a wonderful Holiday Season" and hung up on me. What kind of company conducts business this way?
Dan with Vetsch Plumbing has been our go-to plumber since we moved to STMA in 2010. Katie is always so super nice and knowledgeable when I call. They do excellent work with great prices! He has taken time just to give advice on home projects that he could have made money on! For great work, honesty, and a genuinely nice family man, I DEFINITELY recommend Vestch Plumbing.
When he came back out to do the work, after being the clear winner among their competition, the Vetsch plumber did the job very well. The installation is perfect, he cleaned up well after himself, and was done quickly. He was very respectful to my wife, our home, and our pets. I couldn't be happier with this company!
Vetsch Plumbing is awesome! Unlike many of their competitors, they offered me a free estimate. Call me old-fashioned, but paying a company $100 to come to my door and tell me how much more I will need to pay is ridiculous. Vetsch Plumbing didn't engage in that offensive practice which almost immediately earned them my business. Beyond that, the plumber they sent out was extremely knowledgeable and capable. He even offered us some free advice on how to proceed with our tiling project. What a nice guy!
I had an EXCELLENT experience working with Vetsch! From the initial phone call to discuss having my water softener replaced to the actual service itself, they were professional, knowledgeable and efficient. During the appointment, everything went as expected. They showed up right on time, handled the water softener replacement quickly while explaining necessary details along the way. Additionally, they identified an issue with my toilet valves, which was unknown, but not surprising to me. They had the parts necessary to replace those on the spot and not schedule a second appointment. I am very happy with the experience and would look forward to working with them, and referring them business in the future. Great job Katie, Dan, and Eric!!
