I'm staying in a hotel in Rogers MN, which according to google is 5.1 miles from this Pizza Hut. I called in a order and talked to a lady and she took my order and my card info and delivery location info and told me my pizza would arrive in 25-30 minutes. Sounds good right?? Wrong. About 10 minutes after I placed the order I got a call, caller ID said NO NAME, I answered it and the guy said Pizza Hut would not deliver my pizza cuz I was out of the delivery zone... I asked the guy how big the zone was and said I'm only 5 miles away.. he said I'm sorry sir you are out of the zone.. I asked again how big the zone was, again he said I am sorry sir you are too far away. Then he said if I would like to keep my order I could come and pick it up. I told him no thanks cancel it. Now we will wait and see if they still charge me for it or not.
A bit disappointing this time. I ordered ham, green pepper & pineapple. I received ham, green pepper, onion & Peruvian cherry peppers. Not quite what I expected!
I ordered two pan pizzas one was correct and one was incorrect. I contacted store through email a week ago. I still have not recieved a response.
Have never in almost 2 years had good service with this location. It is very unfortunate that being a small town that we have to deal with a Pizza Hut like this.
