Customer service is amazing. Came in really nervous with cutting 6-7 inches off but they made it look amazing. I feel so fun and happy ❤️

I decided to give this place a try to get my eyebrows done only to be turned away. I went to their website and called their store to be told that walk-ins were welcome. I made a fourty five minute drive to their location and walked into find three workers sitting and waiting for a customer. They asked if I had an appointment and I had said no, explaining that I was under the impression of walk-ins being welcome due to the previous phone calls and statements on the website. They then told me that, "Yeah, it's what we advertise." While rolling their eyes and saying only appointments were accepted and served. I asked if they could take me in because there were no customers present to which they replied to me with the fact that one of their appointments were fifteen minutes away but the other two had no appointments. Then they ended it with, "You could call tomorrow for an appointment or just not come back. Goodbye." I will not go here again nor will it be a recommendation. The service doesn't matter if the customer service is poor. You have to be in the chair first to rate their work, and you'll only get there if they stop rolling their eyes for a long enough period of time.
Absolute worst customer service! The first time I went here to check availability for an eye brow wax, I waited 10 minutes and wasn't acknowledged, so I left. My fiancé knows the owner, so I voiced my concern. I went in today for my 12:30 eye brow wax appointment and after 10 minutes I was finally greeted and was told my appointment was scheduled at 1:15 when I confirmed multiple times on the phone 12:30. The gal at the salon (don't know her name) was VERY rude and said "nope we can't get you in." So I walked out. Never going back!
