These guys are great. They offer options for repairs and explanation of the repair, they answer your questions if you come in or call, and they seem to be priced fair. I came in with a bad noise in my Jeep and asked if they would come with on a ride to hear it, they did and understood immediately what the problem was.
One of the kids i nanny fell on her bike on a road near bernies, they were so nice and helpful and let us use there bathroom and first aid kit to clean her up, thank you so much!
Berning's, once again, delivered AMAZING service! I knew my battery was going to be replaced soon, so I gave them a call at about 11am to schedule service for the following week. I found myself stranded with three kids 30 minutes later, as my battery died just then. I was just up the street at Subway, so I called hoping that they could rescue me. Within 4 minutes someone came to jump my van. We then went to the shop where they immediately changed the battery! I didn't even have to unload my kids from the van during the entire experience. AND Berning's didn't even charge for labor! Just for the battery! Of course, I tipped the two gentlemen who helped me. Rather, they two gentlemen who SAVED me!! Thank you, Berning's!!!
