There is never any consistency in the quality of the food, which is almost always on the low end. I have lost track of the number of times I've had to return there to have the food remade due to it being stale or improperly made. Speaking from experience of being a McDonald's employee in high school (NOT here; in my hometown of Stillwater), I fail to understand why my orders are always apparently too difficult to get right or to be of any quality. Mind you, my more recent visits are due to the fact there is not another McDonald's within a reasonable proximity of which I am willing to drive, because their prices are the most affordable locally for a burger joint. Additionally, unbeknownst to me until it was too late, one cannot simply order a quarter pound hamburger without paying the price of a quarter pond hamburger with cheese. Be forewarned- they'll charge you to add cheese to an item but you will not be credited when you have it removed from an item, simply because "there isn't a quarter pounder button in the POS [point of sale/ cash register]. Sad but true, as this statement came from the manager. I am certain this applies to any special order. Long gone are the days of "Have it YOUR way at McDonald's"- that is unless you're willing to pay extra.
Pulled up to the drive thru right at 11 pm not realizing they closed at 11. Service was friendly and understanding.
An okay place for fast food if nothing else is convenient. Somewhat hit or miss on the quality of both food and customer service.
Now before I made this review I noticed that, by the looks of many of the other reviews made about this McDonalds, I'm not the only customer that's unhappy. With that, I've noticed also that by the lack of change they are making to accommodate customers shows how much these people really care. This review probably won't help at all, but there's only so much a person can do. THIS IS THE WORST MCDONALDS OUT THERE.
Slow, unattentive staff. Sat at an empty drive thru for several mintues waiting to order, only to be told "just a minute" TWICE.
You can't get a well made meal from this place. Literally every time I order the same thing I always get, the burger looks like it was thrown and smushed together so carelessly it almost seems like they're purposely doing this to me. Fries are only hot if it's busy. Always crabby workers.
